REMEMBER! It is your responsibility to read the electricity and water meters. Forgetting to do so may result in you being charged more than your actual consumption.
Reading of the meters must be done at check-in and check-out through our website. You can find the QR code at the entrance or here.

Espresso machin
- Coffee beans included.
- After each cup of coffee, press the start button to clean.
- The machine should be emptied of wastewater and coffee grounds regularly after use and filled with clean water in the water tank.
Folding door
The large folding door to the pool can be opened in 5 parts. Please open it gently and carefully. If it breaks, it is your responsibility.

The washing machine and dryer can be used freely. Set the desired program and sit back.
Remember to empty the dryer of water.

Check-in
Gas Grill
The grill may have difficulty starting, so please use matches if you experience that not all burners ignite.
- If, contrary to expectations, you run out of gas, you can switch the bottle to the one for the patio heater or buy a new one at the local Dagli’brugsen store. With a receipt, we will reimburse you for a new gas bottle.
Outdoor lighting
The exterior lights along the house automatically turn on when motion is detected and turn off after a short time. If you wish to turn them on manually, this can be done by the folding door or the covered terrace door. Note that you should remember to turn it off again where you turned it on.
The pool light can be turned on by the switch at the covered terrace door.
The light in the pool is turned on by the bottom switch at the folding door.
Board game
Find the selection of board games in the cabinet above the fridge.
Playstation 4
Above the TV, you will find a PlayStation 4 with FC24 (FIFA 24) and F1 installed.
Includes two controllers and a charger.
Electric car
You are welcome to connect your electric vehicle, but please note that it may be turned off when you arrive.
If the charger is switched off, it can be turned on in the utility cabinet by the entrance. Here, you will find the yellow fuse labeled "Car Charger.
Noise and sound level
We kindly request that you keep the noise level down, especially when you are outside in the evenings. This also applies to music and the use of speakers.
Sonos Wi-Fi speaker
At the dining table, you will find a Sonos speaker that you can use.
- It can be directly connected to your favorite music service.
Stove
Note that when you turn on the stove and it shows “LO” which means Lock, you need to hold down the start button for 3 seconds to unlock it.
Sensor
We monitor several things in the summer house to provide the best service and ensure your safety as well as ours.
- Windows and exterior doors are equipped with sensors to notify us if there are incoming guests or if you forget to close them when you depart.
- Temperature monitoring is in place for indoor, outdoor, pool, and hot tub areas. The shed and annex are the only areas under video surveillance.
- Please note that we prioritize your privacy and security, and these monitoring measures are in place solely for your convenience and safety.
After your stay
Note! Fees may be charged if you do not comply with the following requirements
Cleaning up
- Tidy up the entire house including the loft
- Remember everything that belongs to you and double check that you have everything with you.
Dishwasher
- Wash everything up and empty the dishwasher.
Espressor machin
- Empty the coffee grounds container
- Empty the water tank
Garbage
- Waste is collected and thrown into the large waste container
Lights
- Turn off all lighting, note that there is a motion sensor outside.
Check-out
- Read electric meter at the end of the stay
- Read water meter at the end of the stay
Note! Reading should be done by taking clear pictures of the meters and the keys should be left in the mailbox.
Outdoor furniture
Leave the outdoor furniture as it was when you arrived
Grill
Leave the grill cleaned and covered
Hot tub
- Empty the wood-burning stove of ash and leave it clean.
- Empty the water and leave the drain valve open
Lock off
