Hot tub
⚠️ IMPORTANT – read before start-up The wilderness hot tub must NEVER be turned on without water. If the heating element is activated without water in the tub, it may suffer permanent damage. Water must therefore always be filled as the very first step.
Step-by-step start up
1. Fill with water as the very first step
The water level must be:
• approx. 5–10 cm below the rim of the tub
or
• approx. 5–10 cm above the upper jets
2. Turn on the “Spa” circuit breaker
The circuit breaker is located in the technical room in the entrance.
3. Turn on water circulation
Press button 2 (the middle button) on the control panel to start water circulation.
Once circulation has started, wait approx. 1 minute before continuing to the next step.
4. Open the hatch on the side of the hot tub
Then turn on the safety switch (yellow rotary switch).
5. Wait approx. 1 minute
This allows the system to initialise correctly.
5. Set the temperature
Turn the thermostat to 35°C.
Please note:
• The thermostat is not completely precise
• The system has a tolerance of approx. +2°C
• Heating will therefore stop at approx. 37°C, even though it is set to 35°C
7. Place the thermal cover on and wait
Place the thermal cover on the hot tub and allow the water to heat up.
The thermal cover reduces heat loss and shortens the heating time.
Heating og use
• Heating takes approx. 6 hours
• If the water cools down during use, heating will start automatically again
• Therefore, it is important to always shut down correctly when the hot tub is no longer in use
How to shut down correctly after use
1. Turn off water circulation first (button 2)
2. Then turn off the safety switch (yellow rotary switch)
3. Finally, turn off the “Spa” circuit breaker in the technical room
Draining the hot tub after your stay
Draining may only be done when:
• The safety switch is turned off
• The circuit breaker in the house is turned off
This ensures that the system is not damaged.
⚠️Important responsibility
If the instructions are not followed, the following may occur:
• Serious damage to the heating element
• Damage to the entire system
It is therefore essential that:
• Water is always filled as the very first step
• The order of the instructions is strictly followed
All use of the hot tub is at your own risk!
